On August 13th, No. 1 ferro-nickel furnace was ignited successfully in Tagaung Taung, Myanmar, which is designed by ENFI. This means that the No. 1 furnace has entered into trial production phase. Burma Tagaung Taung project adopts 2x72MVA ferro-nickel furnaces for laterite, whose size is the largest in China, independently designed by ENFI. After 3 years’ great cooperation of each party, the project has gained revolutionary progress. (By Yu Xin)
