Recently, Baosteel Engineering and Technology Group Co.,Ltd successfully won all five EPC contracts of Vietnam Ha Tinh Steel relying on its excellent technical ability and years of experience in sampling and preparation equipment operation and maintenance so as to show itself in a competition with foreign enterprises. This is the first time for Baosteel to go out of the country with proprietary intellectual property rights for the integrated technology of sampling and preparation system.

　　Sampling and preparation system is the core part for original fuel testing facilities with a close relationship among technology, equipment layout, and package equipment. Therefore, only by design and manufacture integrally and systematically can they have a flexible and smooth control system as well as a specified, precise and efficient sampling process. In a rather long period of time, foreign manufactures monopolized the domestic market of sampling and preparation system.

　　Baosteel Co, Ltd plants imported all the software of phrase1 and phrase 2 with four sets sampling and preparation system. Under years of operating and maintenance experience and based on the absorption of imported phrase1 and phrase 2 equipment, Baosteel formed the advanced technology like systematical craft and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. In 2007, they designed the phrase 3 of 800 sampling and preparation system independently, which promoted the domestic ability of online sampling and preparation for complex crude fuel.

　　Ha Tinh Steel is currently the biggest monomer steel works under construction in global. During the process of engineering bid, Baosteel Engineering International Business Unit depended on "The Trinity" marketing management mode of product manager, customer manager, and project manager to cooperate positively with Baosteel Engineering, Baosteel Technology and Service Company so that they can fast response to customers’ different questions. According to Ha Tinh Steel’s demand material, Baosteel Engineering and Technology customized efficient and scientific craft design and process, which gained the approval by customers. According to the contract, Baosteel will supply wholesale service like craft design, monomer equipment configuration, installation to function test, inspection and acceptance, etc.
